The cultivation or breeding methods determine the quantity and quality of the chemistry present on the food (herbicides, biostimulants, drugs, pesticides) as well as the transport methods (sterilizers on foodstuffs). They are substances that we ingest. The cocktail effect is currently ignored in scientific research but contributes to the onset of intestinal and other symptoms and disorders. In Sardinia some farms are a virtuous example of cultivation, transformation and respect for the environment.
