Guided tour reservation

The Cagliari Festivalscienza schedule includes visits to external museums and locations, which can generally be booked at the numbers indicated in the activity sheet. The following two activities can be booked by individual visitors by filling out the form in the event sheet, for a maximum of 10 participants at a time, until available places are reached.

Molentargius - Saline Park

Guided excursion to Fossil Beach. The appointment for the start of the excursion to the fossil beach of Molentargius is at 9.30am at Sali Scelti and at 10am at Rollone

Punic Necropolis of Tuvixeddu

The conference will be held by the archaeologist Alfonso Stiglitz in the premises of the old headquarters of the De Amicis school in via Falzarego 35. The guided tour will then be held by Toni Corona.

WANGARI MUTA MAATHAI

Ihithe, 1940 – Nairobi, 2011 Kenyan environmentalist and activist. In 2004 she was the first African woman to receive the Nobel Peace Prize. She was a Kenyan parliamentarian and Assistant Minister for Environment and Natural Resources in the government of President Mwai Kibaki, between January 2003 and November 2005. Wangari Muta Maathai was presented by students Elena Cabras and Bianca Nioteni from the Pacinotti Scientific High School, Cagliari.
