The program may undergo variations. Any changes will be communicated on the website www.festivalscienzacagliari.it.

reservations for schools and organized groups

Reservations are required for schools and organized groups, which must concern one class at a time, even for streaming activities. Each class (on average made up of 25 students) can book 1 or 2 two-hour activity packages. Each class will have to choose its own path of visit or participation in the various events for a maximum duration of two hours. The two-hour package includes entry and exit from the venue of the activity.
The same indications apply to organized groups.

Package reservations can only be made online, via the website www.festivalscienzacagliari.it starting from 16 October 2023, corresponding to each event on the calendar.
The reservation, following the order of arrival, is confirmed only after receipt of the e-mail from the organizing secretariat at the address provided at the time of booking. Users are invited to fully respect the reservations and times chosen and, if setbacks occur, it is recommended to promptly notify them.
In case of a delay of more than 15 minutes, the reservation will be cancelled.
